    Hi u all can i please have help converting my avi movie to mpeg-1 so it can play on my dvd player!
    I have a apple mac and i downloaded ffmpegx so can someone please help

    mpeg1 is VCD; are you sure your DVD player will accept VCDs? (or mpeg1 files on an ISO9660 CD?)

    a friend made a dvd for me using mpeg-1 and it worked on a dvd-r on my dvd player. so now im tryin to do it 4 myself. help plz

    Open the file in the main window and click the triangle on the output side and choose DVD-ffmpeg and click encode. The folder created should be burned as a udf in Toast or similar program. You cannot burn a udf from the finder.

    Burnz will burn UDF. It includes that format when it burns a Mac-compatible disc (really!).
