I was wondering what the easiest way is to determine if a DVD has forced subtitles for part of the movie.
Prior to building my HTPC, I would put the disc in my stand-alone player and press the subtitle button on the remote and it would say 'Off' if there were none, or '1 English' if the first subtitle stream contained the forced subs that were displayed in the movie.
I haven't found an easy way to do this without using the stand-alone player.
Would I need to use something like IFOEdit to look at the IFO file for the main movie?
Thanks.
