  1. I joined a bunch of mpegs together and the resultant file is out of sync, but only during the 2nd half. I checked all of the requisite videos which make up the big video and they are all in-sync.


    Whats going on? I used tmpgenc btw...

  2. demux your audio from the original mpegs using virtualdub and save those out as wave. Then use TMPGEnc to convert only the video data of your original file. After encoding use any DVD authoring tool to join those make a DVD [I assume that you want to make a DVD].

    BTW, did you join your MPegs before feeding those to TMPGEnc? If not you can also do that using VirtualDub.

    Joining mpg and AVI files, for some reason cause sync problems more often than not, in my experience. Try something else besides TMPGEnc like Womble mpeg VCR
