Are you using an external drive (E)?
How much free space is present on "E" (it's not reported in the log)?
Is there anything specific happening or does processing just stop at this point?Dwight

i am using internal drive e, trying to convert divx movie from dvd disk to dvd and then burn to drive d, processing just stops and the box comes up with error
-
Hmmm...system information only reports a "C" drive. I wonder...
It looks like you have enough room on "C" for the conversion, can you try using "C" for your output and see if that works.Dwight

sorry a little new to the sight, if i copy file from disk to c drive and then try burning from there
-
Yes. Try putting the source file on "C" and process from there.

No problem.
You might want to have your "E" drive checked out. Do you ever have any problem accessing it?Dwight
