Hello,
Not having the time or proper equipment to convert and burn the tapes to DVD's(much less tying up my computer), I am going to have it done by some company in town...After that, I wish to Edit, title, and work with the DVD's. I have PElements 3.0 but I'm not sure it would work too well. What program should I use, and more importantly, I believe the company should convert using DVD-RW's. Is this not correct??
Tks,
JaredKnight
