This is a weird, weird thing.
I have a movie burned into a DVD+R (as data AVI file). It plays normally in my computer (via WMP or Media Classic). But when I play it in a DivX compatible player (I've tried 2 of them), the image behaves very, very strange. I can't put any image of it online now, but let's say the image gradually becomes like it is "melting", then it returns to normal again, and begins "melting" again, etc (scary as hell!). In the other DVD player, it simply rejects the file, saying it's uncompatible.
Look at the movie specs (AVICodec) in the image below.
I live in a NTSC area, but I have other files that are 25fps or 23,976 and they work fine. I have other XVID mpeg4's as well (although I don't have any other XVID mpeg4 AND 25fps, if that matters).

So, again, it's not a problem to play the movie in my computer. It's a problem to play it in a Divx DVD Player.

    Can anyone help?

Maybe XviD with GMC or Qpel and not all dvd players supports it. You can reencode the video with avi recomp.

Identify gmc or qpel with latest gspot instead of avicodec.
