i'm trying to export some .mov files with quicktime pro but all the avi's that i make come out with poor quality..the audio is good but the picture comes out blocky..does anyone know the settings i should use? Right now i'm exporting the files with the cinepak compressor, millions of colors on medium quality and the audio is uncompressed.
