What are the best CD-R and CD-RW's for VCD and SVCD's???

Okay, so I've heard a lot of talk about using this brand or that brand and I was just hoping someone would know what brand is the best?

I am burning a lot of DIVX movies from my computer onto CD-R and CD-RW's and was wondering what the best and most reliable (and most cost-effective) brand of CD-R and CD-RW's are.

Also, is the quality of the VCD or SVCD any different if burned onto a CD-R or CD-RW? What have your experiences been?

I use the cheap ones. $20.00 for 100 from www.yesbuy.net. There Silver tops and light blue bottoms.

i've had my best results with gigastorage brand cd-r's, i used memorex and it would get a little choppy at the end, but the gigastorage have worked perfectly, they were something like $50 - $60 canadian for 100 though
