Hey,
I am trying to convert from VHS to WMV using a the pass through method through my DCR-TRV340 sony camcorder (using 1394 connection with no Digital8 tape loaded).
Once everything is connected, and I have WME 9 open, I see the VCR video on my computer playing in WME 9. However, once I hit Start Encoding, I get the following error:
I have successfuly done this is in the past and don't know why it isn't working now. I recieve a similar problem using windows movie maker.Either the end of the tape has been reached or there is no tape. Check the device and the tape. (0xC00D1BAE)
Any ideas?
