Menu problems

Hi guys.
I need your help.
After I encode my avi to mpeg with TMpgEnc.
I want to create chapters and then burn it with nero,because I also wanna create a menu,but when i use VCDEasy it just creates a cue/bin file,which I cannot burn as video CD.
So i need Program that creates chapters and lets the output file be a mpeg.

Get yourself to http://www.ttool.de and download the latest version of TSCV - it will cure all your menu creation problems (and probably create a few more!!!)

It's a brilliant programme and after messing aobut for a while you can do some really professional feeling VCD's - still menus, motion menus, intro and outro mpegs etc.

Plenty of how to around the place as well
