Is it possible to burn a dvd as if it where an SVCD?
Think about buying a dvd burner so i can fit apprimatly
2 movies on one dvd.

You can only burn onto DVD-R media a DVD.
SVCD type source MPEG-2 files have a framesize of 480x480/576 and I don't believe that this is allowed on a DVD.
However, if you are planning to make a DVD anyway, there is no reason why you can't encode your MPEG-2 files to a suitable setting so that you can fit two movies on one disc.
If you search for the DVD FAQ with Google, it will tell you all the settings and limitations of the MPEGs that can be used on a DVD.
