hp memories disc

i have windows xp sp2. when i try to make a picture cd with hp md, i get the following message"cannot create video cd(vcd). image or audio files may be corrupt. try using different files." i am not trying to use a audio file, and i know that he image files work in other apps . hp wants me to go back to(restore) to when i first bought my computer. too many new apps for that. HELP PLEASE

Try checking the guides for a different application to create your disc.

It sounds like somewhere along the line you installed software that is now conflicting with the HP software. If restore is too much of choir then a different APPlication that does the same thing might be worth investigating.
