Help i cant get any audio

Hi im trying to encode a movie from .avi to dvd using DVD option to create a ts-video but after converting i cannot get any audio ,im new to this i just drop the movie into the box and select the dvd option ,why am i not getting any audio do i need to do something else ,i installed the 3 files ,so i dont know ,can somebody help me

Try to use VLC to preview the VIDEO_TS, does it confirm there is no audio?

Yes i checek there is no audio,aparently ffmpegx is not converting the audio,or something is happening

any ideas?

Send me the process output (blue "i" icon in the progress window) to major4@mac.com, possibly the messages will tell why there is no audio.
