    Hi every1,
I am trying to burn a vcd of a movie file on a CD-R. But I can't burn more than one hour and nineteen minutes on the vcd. I don't think it is a problem with the size of the file because i have burned files bigger than this one but below one hour and nineteen minutes. Is there any way I can burn more than one hour and nineteen minutes. Please help me.

    Thank You in advance.

80 minutes of VCD-compliant MPEG will fit on an 80 minute 700MB CD as-is.

To get more, you need to look at either overburning, 90 or 99 min CDRs, or encode as non-standard Video CD (XVCD), and lower the bitrate such that your end MPEG is roughly 800MB if using 80 min 700MB CDs.
    If in doubt, Google it.

Squeezing video sacrifices quality. Remember this.

Be wary of supposed superior compression schemes. They're just that ... schemes. If you want better quality, and more time, get a DVD. If a normal DVD is still not big enough, split discs or use a DL DVD.
