I got this prog called TSCV to make motion menues for my vcd's and svcd's how ever it does it. But it doesnt tell me how to convert the .bin and .cue to vcd compliant mpg streams I searched everywhere for an idea on what these things are and what they do? I have NERO, adaptec and DVD MOVIE MAKER can someone pls give me an idea on this .bin and.cue and what im suppose to do with them????????

Ah, dude...
The BIN file is the MPG stream, and the CUE file is a text file that tells your burner what to do with the BIN file.
You are supposed to download something called CDRDAO when you want to use TSCV so you can actually burn what you make with TSCV.

You dont have to do anything except burn them to CD using CDRwin.

Well CDRDAO is actually integrated into the GUI of TSCV so when he clicks on the burn cd button it will actually do it, because he has CDRDAO. If he wants to use a seperate program, he can use CDRWin or Fireburner. I hear even Nero can burn BIN files.

OK when i tell TSCV to create bin and cue and burn it will only creat bin and cue with no burn to disk nad i tried to use nero but how do i use nero to burn bin cue i have 5.5.6.4

Nero has historically had problems with CUE/BIN images so I don't recommend you using it.
