I encoded an avi 25 fps to NTSC using TMPGEnc, kept 25 fps, no frame rate conversion and the video came out 10 minutes longer than the origina avi (63 minutes). I don't know why. Hasn't happend to me before. Avi was pretty large (700 MB), not sure if TMPGEnc has trouble with files this large.
