    Hi All,

    Do you know of any incompatibility issue with the DVR-A03 DVD Rrcorder? Can the DVDs (DVD-R and DVD-RW) be viewed in tabletop DVD player without any problems?

    Check the DVD Player compatibility list on this site to see if your player supports DVD-R/RW. Most but not all players do. Also I believe Apple has a compatibility list on their site (the Mac SuperDrive is the same as the DVR-AO3).

    The quality of the media you use can also be a factor.

    I have a Mintek DVD player that will play Pioneer DVD-R and DVD-RW media, but will not play the cheaper Meritline DVD-R media. One of my PCs also has trouble reading the cheap stuff, but I have 2 others that don't have a problem with it.

    On the other hand, I also have a Phillips dvd player that won't read any of it.
