    My divx subtitiles display better than dvd subs. Is it because of they're image (dvd)? Can we display them as divx subs?

    Yep, image dvd subs are often crappy. You can not display them similiar as text subtitles, you can load external text subtitles and add to the dvd, https://www.videohelp.com/play#subs ...but it isn't worth, you must download or rip subs to text and some times sync it also.
