I am looking at the Marvel G450 eTV, it has 32md of DDR Ram, APG, Do you think It will do the job ?

AMD XP 1600 CPU
512 DDR Ram (planning on 1024MB DDR)
Pioneer A03 DVD-RW CDRW Drive
ADAPTEC 2940 UAW SCSI Controller
Hard Drive 30GB 7200RPM IDE
9GB Hard Drive SCSI External

Does any one know if I will need another devise to capture sound ?

Will this system configuration do what I am building it for ? (VHS to DVD)
