When I use "Nero Smart Start", start to burn a disk to SVCD. when it reaches 99% I get this thing poping up....
And on the disk I had enough space on it.

1) Don't use Nero for this kind of operation. Use VCDEasy, possibly using Nero to burn the finished ISO to disc.
2) if 1) isn't the answer you'd like, try some other version of Nero.
IMO, I don't think even Nero is stupid enough to wait until the deed is done to discover that what it's writing to CD-R wont fit - I'd think the 99% Nero has done is not burning, but encoding/authoring? How do you know that what it is going to write will fit your CD?

If the files are not compliant then nero will ask you to ignore it or reencode it. If you select reencode, nero will then reencode the file(s) and "afterwards" check whether the newly encoded file will fit on the disk or not. If it does not you will get the message you are getting.
