Wmv file with bad frames

Hi. I'm a newbie. Well, sort of. More like a lurker though.

Anyway, I searched the forum for a way to fix wmv file with bad frames but I couldn't find it so I'm posting today. I tried it with virtualdub (that's the only way I could think of) but it doesn't work because microsoft blah blah blah (yeah, I only just found out).

So I'm asking is there any other to fix the bad frames in wmv file? Any program that would be able to delete the frames like virtualdub?

virtualdub 1.3c should open wmv files. I think 1.4c is listed in the tools section, but I believe that to be wrong, so do a google for 1.3c and see how you go. The other thing I can think for is asftools (google for this as well). Then there's always the video repair/fix section in the tools section to your left.

Jim - Yes, you are right - it's 1.3c that works with ASFs and WMVs. I tried 1.4 last week and no workee.
