If I have a SVCD that has 48khz audio.. can it be burned as a standard SVCD cd on a CDR disk?

Hello,
Nope. The audio has to be reconverted back to 44.1 khz to be svcd compatible. And double check the video resolution is still 480x480 (ntsc).

There are some standalone dvd players that will play it. They recognize the video as svcd, and the audio is dvd compliant...
