Hello all,
I am burning some anime to SVCD. When I play them in my player, there appears to be some sort of jitter or jumpiness to certain colors - mainly reds. The red colors sort of "jump" up and down over what looks like a distance of about 2-3 pixels on-screen. It becomes very annoying because it happens every time the color is displayed.
Is jitter the term I am looking for? I tried searching for it but came up with nothing. If this has been discussed before, please point me to the thread. Otherwise, any help would be appreciated.
Do I need to use different encoding settings? I am getting two 23'ish minute episodes on a CD-R, and encoding them at variable bitrate. Average bitrate is ~1935 kbits/sec, with maximum and minimum at 2520 and 300 respectively.
Thank you.
