Any suggestions or good deals going around? I am preferrably looking for 160, but will settle for 120 if the price is right. Thanks!

thanks for the great deals, that one for 200 gb is unbelievable. I actually picked up a Western Digital 120 GB for $49.99 after rebate from Fry's Electronics here in the Chicagoland area (Grand Finale Sale) but that one from TigerDirect is a phenomenal price. Thanks again

yes it is good -- and keep in mind the the SE model is one of their best models , not their budget models ...

which makes it even better ...

these run cool and not noisy ..

i have had the ones i got for only 3 weeks so i cant say how long they will last ..

One thing to consider before you spend the money on anything above 120GB...

Does your ATA controller support 48-bit addressing? If not ~128GB is about all you'll be able to access, unless you get (with the drive or separately) another controller that IS capable.

Also, if you don't mind a few bucks more, you can get a 250GB/8MB/ATA133 at Outpost.com for $120.
