    I need help rippin a dvd to one file and editing out commercials so i can re-author. is there anyway to make these vob files open in priemere 6.5?

    this is the error i am getting.

    unable to open that file.
    file was recorder at an unsopported rate. the soported rates are 11khz,22khz,32khz,44khz, and 48khz.

    you can demux the vob files using vobedit. it will demux them to m2v and ac3/pcm. adobe should be able to handle m2v files.

    TMPGEnc DVD Author accepts vob's and will edit out the commercials.
