I bought this at Sam's Club so i am sure millions of other people must have the same model. I am using it overseas and I am very limited with the region. Thanks!!!

Millions?!? I'm not so sure about that.
Many people have the false belief that every single DVD player sold on the planet has a magical "hack" that will enable the owner to change it to multi-region mode by entering a code on their remote control. This is totally untrue. Some players can't be changed from the region they are in.
The following
https://www.videohelp.com/dvdhacks/toshiba-sdk760/6898
is about how to change the SD-K760 to multi-region mode. IF you are very lucky, it MIGHT work for your player. It may not do anything. A Google search on your player proved fruitless. If this doesn't work, you are out of luck.
If this doesn't work, I hope you have learned a very valuable lesson - if you want a multi-region player, identify such players first BEFORE buying rather than just buying anything and assuming you can fix it later.
