Will installing the Plus version somehow interfere with my older, non-Plus versions of TMPGEnc that are already installed on my PC?
I've downloaded the 2.521 Plus which can only be used for 14 days unless I enter a valid serial number. It also says it will overwrite/upgrade the VFAPI of previous versions. I don't know if I'm going to purchase it or not, but I'm scared that if I install it, it might make my non-Plus versions not work the way they normally would. Am I just being paranoid?

Don't install it if you are using an older version for svcd or dvd encoding unless you want to pay for the new one. Although if you are using XP you can always use System Restore to get your older programs back in working order. ............... harrymj3
