I cant play through win media 9 either or real player. i had an error with intervideo recently, it had one movie stuck in so i tried to add/remove program but it wouldnt let me so i tried through regedit. I then reinstalled intervideo but then started to get the error message. can someone please give a relative begginer some advice.

I've never heard of Intervideo WinDVD opening a cue file - those are for writing data to CD/DVD. (usually comes with a accompanying bin file - pretty useless without, in fact...)

  7. yes i have tried to reinstall. I cant even remove intervideo using add remove programs. after starting the removal it comes up with a message saying that removing one of the common files may prevent other things working. i did try from through the link- c/program files then all to do with intervideo then i tried add/remove again and still no luck. this is why i tried through the registry, im sure i only removed interdieo from there but still no good. i the tried a reinstall anyway. now i get the error message about aspi manager. i did the four downloads and no good.
