is there a significant difference in output quality between using the Native encoder and using TMPGEnc Encoder in MemoriesOnTV?

im creating SVCD slideshow using MemoriesOnTV...using TMPGEnc Encoder takes longer than the Native Encoder in MOTV...
im planning to use the Native Encoder but im worried whether it will degrade the output video quality...

could you guys share your experience on this...

  2. Tmpgenc will do a better encode but the significance of the
difference depends on the bitrate settings. It is really up to
you and how it looks on your TV equipment.

tnx a lot offline for the response, let me just clarify things...
    but the significance of the
difference depends on the bitrate settings
so a 480X480 SVCD slideshow encoded using the Native Encoder of MOTV has no signicant difference with a 480X480 SVCD slideshow encoded using the TMPGEnc Encoder of MOTV?

    thanks again offline...
