I read the first sticky that says you CANNOT create a VCD on a DVD+/-RW that will work on standalone DVD players. I tried this last night before reading that post. It did not work. No surprise.
However, whay does my Plextor-708UF rtell me i CAN do this?
What did I miss?

Extract the mpeg from your vcd using isobuster.
Take to tmpgenc dvd author insert extracted mpg's, TDA will upscale audio to 48k.
Take to nero and burn, done. -
Hey,
First get mpg with vcdgear of isobuster
Then should try DVDlab or DVDlab pro (beta 3)
Get your mpg in there and it will demux audio video for you and convert audio 44.1k to 48k.
see this guide
