Let me try to understand this. You are using Nero to first burn a VCD (from several source MPEG files) and then using CDRWin to extract the image to CUE/BIN.

Can I ask why? Do you need to make multiple copies of your VCD?

If so, you could simply make an image with Nero and use Nero to mass produce your VCDs.

The error with CDRWin seems to suggest that there may be a sector on your VCD that your CD drive couldn't read. This may be because the disc is damaged at that point or it wasn't burn properly. This occurs more frequently with VCDs than CD-ROMs as they don't have the same degree of error protection.

You could try another proggy like BlindRead to try to copy that disc.

If you juse want to produce CUE/BIN images of VCDs, then VCDImager with one of its GUIs is your best option. VCDImager is a VCD authoring program. It doesn't burn the disc itself, but creates a CUE/BIN image of a VCD (that you can burn with another proggy like CDRWin or CDRDAO).
