  1. Hi All,

I would appreciate some help. I use VCDImager 7.11 to create SVCD Files. I have noticed when my mpeg is greater than 850megs VCDImager complains that it is greater than 100 mins. This error message is fine, it still creates the bin/cue which works on my pc, but will not work in my player. At first I thought the problem was with my player or burner, but then I tried a test. I created two svcd images. One with the full 850meg mpeg and another with a truncated version at 450meg. I then create a third image by replacing the 450meg track with the full 850meg track. After burning this third image its works in both my player and pc. Of course there are still some issues. The scandata is all off and a directory will only report back that the file is 450megs. This method is hacky at best, is there a more elegant way of correcting this problem? Possibly some kind of bin/cue editor that will allow me to update the scandata with the correct info and alter the file usage size of my track. Also I was wondering if the author of VCDImager was aware of this issue and if he has already fixed it. If I am asking this in the wrong place could you tell me the best place to get some assistance.

    Thank you for your help.

  3. Hi vitualis,

I'm using CDRWIN and burning onto CompUSA 99min CD's. My burner is capable of burning up to the full 99min if I need it to.
