Do you think the Simpson's voice actors should be striking?

They say Fox is making a ton of d'oh on airing the series overseas.
If this is true, I say go for it. Due to fox's erratic cancelation history, I am a little nervous about these developments.

  2. Who has the rights to show, FOX or the production company?

With the amount of money it draws in from licencing around the world I think it would silly for FOX to risk it for a piddly (for them) $10.3 million.

This I don't know. I read a different article and the money issue seemed to be with fox.

  4. Those amounts quoted in your original article are in Australian dollars so they are slightly higher than if the article referred to American dollars.

It's US$8 million, AUS$10.3 million. Just to clear that up.

Looks like 20th Century Fox owns the rights according to IMDB.

Compared to other crap fox airs, simpsons is the only decent show they have. I wouldnt be worried about canceling simpsons...it's probably one of their most highly rated shows and canceling that show would be idiotic. Then again...the did cancel family guy.
