I wasn't talking about cDVD or DVD-VCD.I also knew that there was no such thing as DVCD, but i saw it labelled in a cheap VCD player. It also said that it can play VCD ver 3.0!Maybe it means SVCD.But some Mercury DVD players also support "DVCD"

Hardly seems worth it you would only get about 3 minutes on a disc.

Format itself is nothing new really, its just a regular VideoCD overburned to include 90 to 99mins per CD, compared to regular 74mins per CD in standard VideoCD format.

How you do that? Overburning to 90-99 minutes! is that possible? Do you know any resources I may look for?

    Thanks

  9. You need special 90-99 minute discs. I have used these in the past before the advent of DVD-R. They work fine, just a couple of points to note, not all DVD players can play these discs to their full capacity and your CD burner needs to be capable of overburning.

Do a google search you should be able to find some of these discs without too much difficulty.
