    I have a problem.
I have radeon 9200 graphics card, and I plugged the tv into the tv out rca connector. now, I can see everything !!! the screen, the windows - everything!.
is there a way to see only the movies of while editing the timeline, or that's not feathered in this card ?

    thanks, Amir.

I take it you want to look at what you're doing on your TV, while working on your PC, right?
I had an ATI Radeon (older model) and if I remeber correctly there's a function in control panel (or by right clicking on your desktop and selecting display) which lets you select how your second display is viewed.
At worst you can give it a try.

I've tried, but I all can is use the EXPAND option, which makes the tv another screen, or disable it.

Right-click on your screen, go to properties-->go to settings-->choose auxiliary settings( sorry, my windows xp is in finnish so donīt know if it is auxiliary or not, but the lower right hand button anyways=)-->click on OVERLAY---> toggle Theater Mode...

Hopefully this is what you were after, couldnīt quite make it from your post
