    Myfriend purchased this device thinking that she will be able to capture video rom her VCR and TV but can't make it work. the picture that we get is pixilated and there is no sound. The manual is not helpful and their tech support did not answer her emails.
    If anyone used this,please let me know how this thing works.

    I looked at the specs of that thing and it is a joke.

    Tell your friend to take it back ASAP

    If that isn't an option then tell your friend to try and sell it somehow ... eBay comes to mind here.

    Thanks. I have finally got an answer from their tech support and they suggested few things to do to correct the problems. I will see my friend tonight and try it for one more time.
