I want to buy a TBC and need some help, as follows:

1- Can I use TBC1000 for capture PAL M?

2- Where to buy a good TBC (standalone, PCI, etc). specially in Miami? Is it on sale in dep stores like bestbuy, target, etc?

3- Is LEKTCB100GEN a good option?
