Is there a way to copy protect VCDs that I have made other then the over burn method?
Also is there a way to put passwords on to the vcd like some DVD's have?
Thanks

There are methods, but I hope that you do realize that none of them are going to stop someone who is determined to copy your CD. If multi-billion dollar companies like Adobe and Microsoft can't protect their CD's, you don't honestly think yours will be protected do you?

You should probably take any advice from someone named "twit" with a grain of salt.
Tomahawk, there is no real way of copy protecting home made VCDs without compromising stand-alone hardware playback or it being trivial to overcome. The best copy protection is to not lend it to anybody.
Regards.

True wisdom:
"The best copy protection is to not lend it to anybody."
What makes people think that they can stop others copying what they produce: They think nothing of copying DVDs, games, software etc, BUT... when it comes to their own material, they develop a different mindset. To date there has never been a succesfull copy protection method, which means that there is nothing to stop people copying what you make. If you live by the sword, then you die by the sword. Sure, you can stop the totally clueless, but you will never make it copy protected to everyone. Its something that you will have to learn to live with, be thankfull.
BTW, which twat wrote this:
"yes there is you idiot go to mega games and download the copy protect program under burn you fool"
... oh yeah - twit.
If you could just download a program and copy protect something as easily as that, then dont you think that the CDs, software, games, DVDs etc we buy would be copy protected as opposed to "copy protected".
