I am bout to make the first CQ_VBR template that will benefit in many ways as to put as much data onto a cd without going over capacity. I have done some calculations and am about to distribute it but i need a question answered-
I am thinking bout using CQ_VBR but there is also CQ
I was wondering 2 things-
1- would cq produce better quality if using same settings as cq_VBR and if it does, how would tmpgenc know what "quality" to stay constant as? if the min was 500 and max was 2000 at an 1100 average, how would tmpg know what quality it would stay at?
I am thinking bout using cq_vbr but if anone can give feedback on cq, it would be helpful.
Oh and by the way, since everyone knows that i make all movies with no blocks and on 1 cd, this new template will be the same way, no blocks, much higher bitrate and quality and on 1 cd.
