Can't burn 99 min CD-R

I have a new Cyberdrive CW038D, listed on this site to to 99min CD-R's. I also have Nero 5.5.3.1 where I have anabled the overburn, set to everyhting from 98 to 99 minutes. I have a 98 min VCD, and no matter what, I only get the message the CD is to small, insert a bigger CD. Any way around this? Why can't I burn up to 99 minutes?

Go to Nero homepage, upgrade your Nero to the latest version, that will probably help

Downloading Nero 5.5.5.1 did the trick. Thanks.
