Extract the MPG file from the BIN file using ISOBuster. See if the file plays correctly using mediaplayer of your preferred video player from your HDD.
If so, use AVICodec (works on MPG's too) to determine the file properties -- i.e. Size (WxH), bitrate, Codec, etc. Post up that info., and maybe we can help. -
And also you may weant to try to burn at a lower than rated speed, just in case it is the media.
Hello. -
i have tried the different speed thing...burned at 1x...
tried it on both burners
TDK Velocd 5200
and my Sony DRU-510A -
ok i just mounted the cue file in deamon tools and tested the mpeg file wit avicodec and this is wat it says:
743 MB (743 MB), duration: 0:00:00, type: DSH, 1 audio stream(s), quality: 66 %
Video : 680 MB, 0 Kbps, 0.0 fps, 0*0 (), = Nero Mpeg Video, Supported
Audio : 62 MB, 192 Kbps, 44100 Hz, 2 channels, 0x50 = Mpeg-1 audio Layer 1, Supported
do i have to use ISbuster to rip it first than use avicodec? i am assumin so so u can see the FPS? thanks guys for the help...i have went through HUNDREADS of disks and still cant these play, i even got a DVD player (standalon) that i kno will play S(VCD)s...thanks!

Check for a firmware update. If there is a new one, they may have defined a writing strategy for your media.
Also -- if the TDK is setup as SLAVE and/or PIO as opposed to MASTER and DMA/UDMA, that may present a problem, as well. The burn drive should ideally be MASTER and at least DMA.
