  1. Hi,

I have backed up a movie using dvdxcopy and i would now like to back it up once more. Rather then going thru copying it to my hd then to dvd-r again, i would like to utilize my dvd-rom. So does ne1 kno a program i can buy that will let me go from dvd-rom directly to dvd-r.

    Thank you in advance.

  2. nero's disk copy function.

Be warned that there is a higher chance of a failed burn.

    All of them?

But I wouldn't do "on the fly", I'd rip to image. It'll still be faster if you use your DVD-ROM though.

  4. doesnt dvdxcopy actually prevent you from doing backup copies, unless you hack it or something? I thought it was one of the things that they are using in their court battle saying that it prevents more than one back up copy.

DVDXCopy will not make a copy of its own self-produced copy. You have to use something else, like Nero or RecordNow, but since it is already decrypted and compressed, it shouldn't be a problem.
