    I have ATI TV Wonder capture\tuner card. have got good results with virtual dub and making vcds. does anybody know if this card is able to make svcds, in good quality.If so how is the best way to set up..Thanks for any help.

    Use Vdub and capture in 480x480 mode, use Tmpeg to encode the file to SVCD, then burn the file as a SVCD. It's the same process as making a VCD, you just need to have a fast PC to handle the higher data rate.
