I live outside of the US and I am interested in setting up my PC as a PVR. The problem I am having is that of all the software I have looked at, including Snapstrem and others that come with ATI cards or with the Hauppauge cards is they only support cable companies within the US, is there anysoftware where you can setup your own channel line up. This would be ideal as obviously my cable channel's are different for that of US cable companies.
