Hi
when i burn a .mpg-file (mpeg 2) that has a playtime of lets say 60 minutes the SVCD only get a playtime of 39 minutes (think it's 39:46 to be exact). I've tried several different movies and CD-Rs, but i get the same result every time. the movie isn't cut it just plays faster. the problem is'nt with my stand alone DVD because i get the same playtime when i play them on my PC. i use Nero, but i also tried VCDeasy. got the same result there, although i had them installed both at the same time. maybe that was stupid.
anyone experienced anything like this?
Win 2000 (servicepack 4)
Nero burning ROM 5.5.10.54
VCDeasy 1.1.7
LG CD-RW 48x-24x-48x GCE-8481B

How are you creating your mpeg files? Do the mpeg's play OK before burning? What type of file is your source? Does the source play OK? A little more detail about how your SVCD was created might pinpoint the problem, as simply burning to disk is likely not the cause.
