Not really sure. If I plug from the video out from my pc video card to my TV, can I use pretty much my TV as the dvd player? I am trying to decide if I need the dvi and video out feature from a dell that I am interested in puchasing. ? They have an integrated video/audio card. I don't think they have video out probably audio out like most soundcards.
