Alright this is the second time I've been having trouble with the audio while encoding SVCDs. The first thing I do is get the audio .wav through Virtual Dub. Then I use TMPGEnc to encode the two halfs of the movie. It works out fine for the first one but for some reason the second one the audio is off by a good 30 or so seconds I'd say in the movie. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

I assume you are encoding 2 AVI's into SVCD's? Making a 2 disk SVCD?
Try joining the AVI's before encoding to MPEG2. If they are VBR Audio, it's a lost cause with TMPG.To Be, Or, Not To Be, That, Is The Gazorgan Plan -
I had a problem with TMPGE also. I couldn't figure out what was going wrong so I just started using DVD2SVCD to encode my AVI's. Even though DVD2SVCD uses TMPGE, it's process works around whatever my problem was/is. Follow this guide and see if it helps:
