    hi i have an svcd which has subtitles, i just wondered if i could reauthor it to remove the subtitles since i am not deaf i dont need to see the words as well as hear them.
    is there a software tool i could use?

  2. Selectable subtitles, or perm. subtitles? If they are prem which I'm guessing they are, you can use VirtualDub Mod (note Mod) and logoaway to blur out the subtitles, then you can frameserve it to an encoder like TMPGEnc, and make a new mpeg. End result will most likely look worse then the video with subs, but thats one way to do it.
