  1. I have ripped and burned about 10 to 15 great vcd's so far...was working on a couple and while in mpeg format they look great but when i burn them using nero 5 to vcd. when i burned these two movies everything went fine as far as i could tell but when i watch them from cd a certain points i get color scrambles all over the place....has anyone had this problem that can help me???????????

    I too have come across this problem. It usually happens when I'm multi-tasking, or have not stopped background programs that are running, whilst burning my CD-R(W). Either cancel all background programs, burn at a slower speed and don't use the pc....to make double sure, hold your breath as well <grin>. I have a burn proof CD-Writer, but it seems that VCD's, SVCD's, and mini-DVD's are a very sensitive media to create. Audio and mp3 disks don't mind me multi-tasking.
