I am upgrading my computer in the next few days maybe even tommorow and was wondering if anybody could tell me what video capture card I should by .I need connections that will let me transfer my vhs tapes and Hi8 camcorder tapes to be burned onto vcd . Also need it to be able to take a pal and a ntsc signal. I really need your help please
